我尽力吧,第一个post用ing形式posting只是因为前面是with.post是作为动词在这里存在的.
但是第二格post的ing形式可能是和post本身作为名词不同的意思而存在的,因为如果是post本身的意思,那没必要用ing形式,前面subsequent只是一个形容词,那这里的posting它是ing特有的名词意思,那就是过账、记入,所以我基本赞同你的观点.
