Firstofall,peoplearelesslikelytocontroltheiremotionswellwhentheycommunicatewithothersfacetoface.Whensomepeopledisgussissuebyfaceingotherstheytendtoforceeachothertoagreeontheirownopinions.Andasaresult,problemsaresolvedslowlyandrelashionshipsareruinedsometimes.Incontrast,communicatebywritingorcallingmakespeoplestaycalmandgivesthemmoretimetothinkclearly.

Secondly,face-to-facecommunicationislesseffectiveduetothelackofproperorganization.Thatiswhymostpeoplealwaysperfertowritedownthingstheywanttosaybeforeaspeechorapresentation.Almostnobodyisabletopreformagreatspeechwithoutwritingaroughcopyofthespeech.Writingmakescommunicationeffectiveandorganizable.
