工程地处我国华东钱塘江的支流上,为一发电为主兼顾灌溉,防洪的水利枢纽工程.在坝型比较阶段,比较了砼重力坝和粘土心墙砂壳坝两个方案.后者的枢纽布置如图1-1所示,坝高81m,坝顶长度370m,设计正常高水位为100m,校核洪水位为102m,大坝典型断面见图II-II.大坝属于二级建筑物.
溢洪道布置在坝址一公里的左岸凹口处(图中未示),为开敞正槽式,此顶高程为92m,总宽度64m,出口采用差动式鼻坎挑流效能.
引水式电站布置在右岸,引水洞长525m,直径7m,厂房安装50MW机组两台.
