MyartseducationatPrattInstitutehashelpedmedevelopafirmfoundationinthearts．ThecoursesIhavecompletedatPratt，alongwithmystudyabroadinParis，haspreparedmewellforapositioninartseducation．Ihavealwaysenjoyedapassionfortheartsbutmyundergraduate(本科)educationhastakenmyinteresttoawholenewlevel．InotonlyenjoydoingartbutIfindmyselfevenmoreenthusiasticwhenIhavetheopportunitytoteachwhatIhavelearned．

ForthepasttwosummersIhaveworkeddirectlywithchildrenatCityArts．Theseexperienceswereamazingsincemyresponsibilitiesincludedplanninganddirectingmajorprojectsthatwereplannedforthesummerprogramthatgoesoneachyearforlocalchildreninterestedinthearts．IwasgivenaconceptatthebeginningofeachsummerandIhadcompletecontrolofhowtheprojectsweretobecompleted．Thechildrenwerethecreativeforceandoftenweretheinspirationfortheartworkthatwaseventuallypresentedtothepublic．
