Nowadays,aheateddiscussionspringsupastowhetherhighereducationbeavailabletoallstudentsoronlytogoodstudents.Somepeoplebelievethatacollegeoruniversityeducationshouldbeavailabletoallstudents.Whileothersbelievesitshouldbeavailableonlytogoodstudents.IfIwereforcedtoagreewithoneofthetwoselections.Istronglydeemthattheformeroneholdsmoreweight.TherearenumerousreasonstosupportmyopinionandIwouldexploreonlyafewofthemostimportantoneshere.

Oneoftheprimarycausesisthatallthepeoplehavetheequalrighttoreceivehighereducation.InChina,anoldsayingsgoes“allthepeople,nomatterwhatraceyouarefrom,havetheequalright.AndIthinkitincludestherighttoreceivehighereducationforeveryone.AgoodcaseinpointisthatinSouthKorea,thegovernmentadvocatedthatallthekoreanhavetherighttoreceiveeducation.Althoughsomerichpeoplemayrejectthiscreed,nearlyallthepopleinKoreasupportthisdecisionmadebygovernment.Thuswecanseethatmostpeopleagreewithmyfirstpoint.

Anotherreasontosupportmyopinionisthatanation’squalitywouldbepromotedifallthepeoplereceivehighereducation.Inotherwords,knowledge,abilityandsoonwillnotbepromotedifonlygoodstudentsreceivehighereducation.Wecanassumethatifonlyafewpeoplehavetherighttoreceiveeducation,andthenitisreasonabletoexpectthatthenationwouldnottobeastrongcountry,becausemostpeoplehavenoknowledgeorskilltosupporttheirnation.

Whileitistruethattheremaybeacoupleofadvantagesforonlyafewpeopletoreceivehigheducation.Howeverfromwhathasbeendiscussedabove,alltheevidencesupportsanunshakablethathighereducationshouldopentoallthepeople.Thusitisrecommendedthatgovernmentshouldincreasetheexpenseofeducationtosupportthispoint.Whileitisuptothemtomakethefinaldecisionwhichisinaccordancewiththeirvalueandsituation.
