asearchspaceforpossiblecranelocationsbyreasoningaboutareachabilityradiusofacranedeterminedbycranecharacteristicsandthe
weightoftheloadtobecarried.Later,itreducesthesearchspacethroughboom-lineintersectiontests.Fortheremaininglocations,it
checksforpotentialspatialconflictsbetweenbuildingcomponentsandcranesmovinginthreedimensionsandacrosstime.Validation
studiesshowthatthedevelopedapproachcanaccuratelyidentifypossiblelocationsformobilecranesthatminimizetherelocationof
mobilecranesandavoidpotentialspatialconflicts.
