bydisablingahumanenzyme应该说是修饰work的adverbialclause而非adjective;by是个介词，暂时想不出其他可以替换的介词。sth.isoutofconsider可能是完全不会考虑某事之类的意思,但是语料库都查不到这样的用法。老身只能帮你到这里了>
