19.5.如果由不可抗力引起的延迟持续超过一（壹）个月,各方应尝试为合同的继续执行而采取的措施达成协议.如果自被证实的不可抗力事件发生后30（叁拾）日内未能达成这一协议,各方有权终止该合同.
19.6.不可抗力事件并不免除买方在在11.1节“商务发票”项下对已发货物的付款责任.
