她只是想知道要是她剩下37天，她会做什么，我觉得能这么思考的人并不是出于对死亡的恐惧，而是想怎么样把剩下的时光过得充实。而D的话文中没有体现出对继父的尊重而去写这本书。我觉得A比较合适吧，因为她继父死后，这个问题才一直缠绕着她。这是我的理解，仅供参考
