整个词组表示：已经到达...而coming：将要达到...
通过题意我们知道,团队应该是已经的任务已经进行到了某一程度,所以是havingcome
至于这个havingcome的用法,就是：非谓语动词作条件状语,可以改成
Nowthat（既然）thedelegateshavecomethisfar,theydidnotwantto,
B中的feel和want连用的用法也不确切,feelnottodosth：感觉不想做...已经是包含了“want”
